+**POST** `/createemployee`

+- Creates employee in `workers.employees` and user in `workers.users`
+- Returns: `{ "employee": "John", "code": "1234" }`

+**GET** `/health`
+- Returns: `{ "endpoint": "reachable", "database": "ok" }` or 503 if DB down
